Obituary from The Kingston Daily Freeman, October 26, 1921 Mrs. Melissa Krom of Mettacahonts died on Thursday night last after a long and lingering illness at the home of her son Jacob Krom. Funeral was held on Monday at one o'clock from the house with burial in Stone Ridge cemetery. She leaves to survive her five children, Jacob and Arthur of Mettacahonts, Mrs. Clarence Roddy of West Fairfield, Penn., Mrs. Eugene Quick of Leibhardt and Miss Lizzie Krom of Kripplebush.
