I, Sarah Neale of CC, am sick and weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory.
- To my daughter Mary Ann Neale - Negroes Tom, Moll, and Cate, and their increase.
- To my daughter Elinor Neale - Negroes Stephen and Jane and their increase.
- To my son Charles - in consideration of the above willed Negroes, I will that my 2 daughters, Mary Ann and Elenor, shall pay 150 lbs of crop tobacco each, a year, for the education, of my son Charles, until he arrives to age 18, which payment then to cease. I also give Charles the rest of my estate.
I want my sister-in-law Clare Slye to have the guardianship and tuition of my children during their minority.
