Per "Life Sketch" for Family Search ID KZY9-J6Y, Sarah's gravestone inscription reads: Sarah A. wife of Geo W. Forrest 1820-1850
Note that Sarah is on the same stone with her parents and 4 siblings.

Sarah's 4 children are named in her father, William Hartman's, will of 1851 as Clementine, Gertrude, James, and Sarah.
