"Sarah (Harris), b. 18 Feb. 1733/4; d. between May 1783 and January 1785. She m. first at Wethersfield, 8 Sept. 1755 Elisha⁴ Robbins (Samuel³, John^2,1) who d. 27 Oct. 1756, and second, 21 Dec. 1758, Capt. Joshua⁴ Robbins (Jonathan³, Joshua², John¹), b. 18 Jan. 1733/4, who d. 30 April 1776. In the summer of 1777, 'Wid^o Joshua Robbins' had two children enrolled at the schoolhouse on Broad Street in Wethersfield. Her son, Asher Robbins, b. 1761, became U.S. Senator from Rhode Island (Stiles, 1:384; 2:572)."
