- Alexander McKEAN I believe he moved to the Carolinas with his brother Hugh. Married Sarah HAMILTON. A report of the marriage in St. James Cathedral, Yorktown. Pennsylvania of Alexander McKEAN to Sarah HAMILTON the daughter of Hance, this is recorded there in Father BARTON'S records in 1758.
- In the will made by Hance Hamilton, he mentions probable children by name: Sarah Hamilton McKeen, Mary Hamilton McKeen, Hance Hamilton, Garvin Hamilton, George Hamilton, Thomas Hamilton, William Hamilton, and James Hamilton. John Hamilton as his executor (May have been a brother, or son)
