I, Sadie Lynce, of Dublin, Wayne County in the State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory and knowing the uncertainty of life do hereby and hereon make this my last will and testament as follows to wit.:
First: I give and bequeath to my mother Lucy A. Develin all my property of every description whatever that I may own at the time of my death and it is also my desire and request that my mother Lucy A. Devlin have the full control and care of my daughter Lucy Lynch and to do for her the same as for her own child and as compensation of said care I give and bequeath to her all of my property as above mentioned.
Second: I hereby select my mother Lucy A. Develin as my Executor of this my last Will and Testament to serve without Bond.
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and seal this 13th day of March 1885.

We the undersigned witnesses to the above Will of said Testator Sadie Lynch signed said Will in her presence and she signed said Will in our presence this thirteenth day of March 1885.

Before me William ? Schlater, Clerk of the Wayne Circuit Court personally came Jasper Holland one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament of Sadie Lynch late of Wayne County Indiana deceased and bring duly sworn on oath says that he was present at the execution of said last will that the same was duly executed; that at the time of the execution thereof, said testatrix was of full age to devise her property of sound mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint; that said tesstatrix requested this affiant and Jesse Pike to sign said will as witnesses thereto which they accordingly did in the presence of said testatrix and in the presence of each other as subscribing witnesses thereto.
