    married 1st, Sarah, daughter of James Benham, Nov. 14, 1723 [Hitchcock, 14 Jun 1722, per Barbour VRs].
    He married 2d , Sarah Hitchcock [Benham, per Barbour VRs]. She died Aug. 11, 1735, and
    for his 3d wife he married Ruth Burrage, of Stratford, Feb. 7 [9, per Barbour VRs], 1736.
    He was a very large landholder in the south-eastern part of Wallingford, Northford survey.
    He died Oct. 14, 1756, ae 60 years.
    Mrs. Ruth Cook died July 2, 1786, ae 79 years.
