Getts Sarah Baty was born in Penn. March 11, 1811. After moving to Noble County she united with the Lutheran Church. Death occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Wise near Spencerville, Dec. 2, 1890, aged 79 years 8 months and 22 days. She leaves 2 sons and 4 daughters, her husband and 3 daughters having preceded her in death. ^ 1-19-1891
