Sarah Dorleska Coon was born in Petersburg, N. Y., and died in Adams, N. Y., June 13, 1900, aged 76 years. She was a daughter of the late George Armsbury, and the widow of Joseph S. Coon. When a child she came with her parents to Adams, where her life has since been. She was a member of the Adams Seventh-day Baptist church, maintaining her loyalty to the faith of her people to the end.
