TUCKER, Samuel, s. Andrew and Martha, bp. Jan. 5, 1729. CR2
[It this was a birth, the birth of brother John in June 1730 suggests it would not mean 1729/30, rather 1728/29. However, it a baptism, and further, something seems to have changed. Sister Elizabeth's record is supplemented with information from CR1, all previous children have their births recorded. Samuel and the subsequent children do not have their birth recorded, and are baptized in CR2, suggesting at some point, the family switched parishes. This is the type of event that may cause Samuel's baptism to be significantly later than his birth, so it is too ambiguous to contradict normal usage, which would suggest that the baptism occurred in 1729/30. One would expect Samuel was born perhaps a year before this, or more.]
