From "Kirtland Elders Quorum Records" page 33 and appendix page 97 Born 1790 in Brunswich, York, Maine Resident of Kirtland from 1837 to 1838 He was a shareholder in the Kirtland Safety Society 1837 He was ordained an Elder 1 Nov 1837 As a 70, he signed the Kirtland Camp Constitution 1838 Served a mission to Michigan in 1844 Participated in a conference at Scarborough, Maine July 1844 with Wilford Woodruff As a 70 he was endowed in the Nauvoo Temple in Dec 1845 Died in Council Bluffs, Iowa

In 1840 Times & Seasons, Vol 1, p95 it states: "died in Quincy Ill on 27 Aug, Mary B, consort of Samuel Parker, age 57 years" (could be Mary Bracey Trueworths, his 3rd wife)

In 1840 he was sent to Mansfield Conn. to prease (mission?) He was a traveling agent for the Times & Seasons (Times & Seasons, Vol 2, p310) In 1843 he was sent as an Elder to labor in York County, Maine (Times & Seasons, Vol 4, p158)
