Samuel Franklin Luker, aged 72 years, died this mroning, June 8, 1936 at 7:30 o'clock in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Richard dolan, smith Stop, Maple Creek road. Death followed a paralysis stroke Mr. Luker suffered a week ago today. He had been residing at his daughter's home since the death of his wife several years ago.
Mr. Luker was a member of the Washington Avenue Presbyterian church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Dolan and Mrs. Robert Gregg, both of Charleroi R.D.1; one son, Henry Luker, of Bridgeville, and nine grandchildren.
