I am trying to find more info on Samuel King. He was born in either Ireland or Virginia 1748. He married Elizabeth Underwood Davenport. My line goes through their first son Joseph, 1772 in Bedford Co., VA. He married Laodice Parks Morgan, of their children my ancestor is Hiram King born 1792, NC, married in 1814 to Nancy Jones. Their son Joseph Underwood King was born in 1825 in NC. He married twice, after his first wife(Morning Louisa Paine) died, he married Marinda Mayo in Texas, where he had moved to.
