Sheila Hinson email 6/29/2000-- Samuel Leonard Humphreys was said to have owned a sawmill in TN and sold it to come to Texas. He used to go pick up immigrants to come work the farms in Navarro Co. TX. Some were the Smith, Doolen, Elliot families, which are also buried at Grape Creek Cem.
