Vol 4, Pg 226. - BIOGRAPHY: In ye name of God Amen this fifth day of may Annoye Domi 1758 I Samuel Fuller of Bolton in ye County of Hartford & Collony of Connecticut in new England Being sick and Weak of Bodey But of Sound mind and memory & knowing yt I must shortly Die Do make & Ordain this my Last Will & testament -- that is to say Principally & First of all I Recommend my Soul into the Hands of God Who Gave It & my Body to ye Earth to be Buried in Decent Christian Buriall Nothing Doubting But at ye Resurrection I Shall Receve ye same By ye mighty power of God & as touching such Worldly Estate as By ye Gift of God; I am possesed of: I: Give Devise & Dispose of ye same in ye Following manner: - Vizt - after my full Debts & funerall Charges are payd
BIOGRAPHY: I give & Bequeath unto my loving wife Lidia Fuller the Euse & Improvement of one third part of my Reail Estate During her Natural Life & one third part of my moveable Estate to her and her heirs forever. Further: I: Give unto my Sons Barnabas & Joshua Jointly and Severally all my Land on ye West Side of ye Highway to them and thare heirs for ever - my Will Further Is yt my two Sons Barnabas & Lot Shall Euse & Improve my Dwelling hous to Gether my Wife having one third part thare In my will further Is yt Barnabas & Joshua Shall have ye South side of my hous. Lot on ye East Side of ye high way twenty Rods in Width on ye highway north & soyth then Running east Seventy two Rods th them and there hares for Ever. - my Will allso Is yt my Son Barnabas have my Longest gun & my Son Joshua ye other to them & thare hairs forever

BIOGRAPHY: I Give ye above mentioned Lands to my sd Sons provided thay pay unto ye persons hereafter named as hear In provided viz -- yt Barnabas pay to his Sister Sarah Fuller ye sum of ten pounds & yt Joshua pay unto his Sister Elizabeth Goodspeed ten pounds & yt Lot pay unto his Sister Rebeckah Isham ten pounds & yt Eatch of my three sd sons above mentioned pay each of them ten pounds to my Son Elezer Fuller & yt Eatch of sd Leagesies Be payd Within two years after my Decease -- & my live Stock I give unto my three Sons Equally namely Barnabas Joshua & Lot a Bove mentioned Exclusive of my Wife thirds -- allso: I: Give to my three Dotters Equally to be Divided Betwene them all my household Goods Except my Wifes thirds after her deceas namely Sarah Fuller Elisabeth Goodspeed, & Rebekah Isham -- Allso: I. Give to my three Sons viz Barnabas Joshua & Lot all my team tackling and all my other tools Except my Wifes thirds -- allso I order my sons Josha & Lot Eatch of them to be at one third of ye Cost of Building a house for my Son Barnabas In ye Space of ten years sd hous to be of ye Same Bigness of my Son Joshuas & as Well Finished as my son Joshuas Is Now

BIOGRAPHY: Bolton June the 5th 1758: There Personally appeared Dea. Jonathan Strong Jonathan Strong Junr and Job Strong the witnesses to the foregoing will and made Solemn oath that they saw the Testator Sign Seal and Deliver the Same and Declared it to be his Last Will: and that in our judgment he was of Sound and Perfect mind and memory; and that they Signed as Witnesses in the Presence of the testator and in the Presence of one another.
BIOGRAPHY: Before me: Thos. Pitkin, Just. Peace. At a Court of Probate at Hartford the 6th of June 1758 this will was approved.

BIOGRAPHY: Note: This family removed from Barnstable to Rochester, MA, thence to Colchester and Bolton, Tolland Co. CT. Samuel Fuller was admitted to the church at Bolton by letter from Colchester, CT, March 9, 1749. His wife Lydia is probably the widow Fuller who d. at Bolton, Tolland Co. CT, Dec. 28, 1764, aged 72 years.
