Delvee of Gill, George N. Delvee of Gill, Luke Delvee of Warwick, Susan Wilbur of Erving, Fanny Delvee of Warwick, and requesting James Goldsbury of Warwick be appointed administrator. Bond given same date.

    16 Dec 1861: Petition of Rebeckah Delvey widow of Samuel T. Devley late of Warwick that her children are all over 21, she is 64, and lived with deceased 36 years, and brought $400 cash and property with her, requests balance after paying debts. Allowed $500. Deposition 6 Jan 1862 that in addition to $400 she brought $800 which came to her from her brother's estate.
