16 Dec 1861: Petition of Rebeckah Delvey widow of Samuel T. Devley late of Warwick that her children are all over 21, she is 64, and lived with deceased 36 years, and brought $400 cash and property with her, requests balance after paying debts. Allowed $500. Deposition 6 Jan 1862 that in addition to $400 she brought $800 which came to her from her brother's estate.
8 Sep 1863: Account of James Goldsbury, assented to by all the heirs, allowed.
