    24 Mar 1871: Petition of George N. Delvy of Gill that Fanny Delvy of Warwick is incapable of taking care of herself, requests Calvin W. Delvy of Warwick be appointed guardian. Done 2 May 1871.
    5 Sep 1874: Petition of Fanny Delvy of Warwick to have guardian revoked. Submitted by D. K. Healy. [No response noticed in file.]

    6 Apr 1875: Petition of Calvin W. Delvee of Warwick to be appointed administrator of Fanny Delvee who last dwelt in Warwick, died [blank] day of February 1875, leaving next of kin Calvin W. Delvee of Warwick, George N. Delvee of Gill, Chester W. Delvee of Gill, Luke Delvee of Warwick, Charles Delvee of Worcester, the children of Susan Wilbur of Warwick a deceased sister, that petitioner is "abro of deceased" [sic, he is an uncle] Bond given 13 May 1875.
    19 Feb 1877: Heirs of Fanny Delvy deceased relinquish all rights in favor of children of Susan Wilbur deceased, discharging Calvin W. Delvee guardian of Fanny. Signed by C. F. Delvey, George N. Devly, Luke Delvy, Chester W. Delvy.
