CHEW, SAMUEL, Anne Arundel Co. & just agoing for Great Britain.
To eldest son, Samuel Chew, my dw. plntn., & if he d. under 21, to the next heir, but the dw. house & 2/3 land to my wife for life.
To son John Chew, Scantly 400a, but if he d. under 21, to the next heir.
To son William Chew, the land on the E side Susquehanna where my mother & father in law [stepfather], Mr. Elihue Hall, live, which falls to me on the d. of Mother, but if he d. under 21, to be div. betw my other sons; also the 400a in Calvert Co. my father bought of William Hevoris [?] of Calvert Co.
To dau. Elizabeth Chew, negro girl Grace, which was left to my dec dau.
My p. e. is to b equ. div. among my 4 chldn: Samuel, John, William, & Elizabeth.
