    7 Nov 1767: An Inventory of the Real Estate and Personal Estate that Mr Sam'll Brigham late of Sudbury Dec'd Died Seized of and Prised by us the Subscibers is as followeth- ... total £241.16.0 by Joseph Willis, Obadiah Parry, John Maynard.
    22 Dec 1767 inventory sworn to by "Mary Brigham the administr'x"
    16 Nov 1768: set off to "Mary Brigham Relict Wid'o to the said Sam'll one full third part".
    16 Nov 1768: "We the Subscribers Children & Heirs of Sam'l Brigham Late of Sudbury Dec'd that are of full age" assent to distribution: John Brigham, Sam'll Brigham, Martha Brigham, Reuben William, Sarah Willis. Appraisors find "upon Enquiry" that "Mary Balcom the wife of Sam'll Balcom of Anopilas Royal" has received £5.8.5. "Also Sarah Willis the wife of Reuben Willis" has received £9.19.3. Also, the "the Place will not Accomodate more than one or Two".
    16 Nov 1678: 2/3 real estate given to "John Brigham (Eldest Son of Samuel Brigham late of Sudbury in said County yeoman Deceas'd Intestate)", he paying debts due to Col. John Noyes and to Intestate's sisters "(via Hannah Allen, Sarah Brown, Phebe Hubbard & Abigail Prescott)" and to his [John's] brother Samuel Brigham. Also to pay "his Brothers & Sisters (Children of the said Intestate) viz. Samuel, Hossea, Joel, Jonas, Martha, Phebe & Hannah £7.9.10 and to sister Mary £0.41.5 [and apparently nothing to Sarah].
    "Sudbury December 19th 1768. This may Certiefie that We the Subscribers doe Chuse Reuben Willis for a Gardian. Hosea brigham, Hannah Brigham"
    20 Dec 1768: bond: "Ruben Willis nominated and allowed to be Guardian unto Hosea; Hannah, Joel & Jonas all minor Children of Samuel Bridgham late of Sudbury"
    13 Nov 1781: ...assign unto John Brigham eldest son of Samuel Brigham late of Sudbury in said County yeoman deceased Intestate all those Pieces and Parcels of land, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon and theunto belonging, being one third of the real estate of said Intestate which was set off to Mary his widow for her dower & which has reverted by her death [he to pay the other heirs] his Several Brothers & Sisters; viz. Samuel Brigham, Hosea Brigham, Joel Brigham, Jonas Brigham, Martha Goodenow, Mary Balcom, Sarah Willis, Phebe Hubbard & Hannah Gleason ...
