17 Apr 1733: Petition of "Martha Brigham Relict Widow & Executrix of John Brigham late of Sudbury in the County of Middlesex Dec'd" to execute deed agreed to by John while alive but never executed, to distribute a portion of John's father's land to satisfy legacies of the father's will to Sarah Goodenough, as well as Oliver Ward and Ebenezer Perry Husbands of the other Legatees. So ordered.
