(Middletown) 10 June 1677; d. at Middletown, Mar. 1726/7; … Records of his estate mention the widow Mary and the four children; the son Daniel, aged 15, on 17 May 1733 chose his uncle, Lieut. Hezekiah Sumner, for guardian; and Mary may possibly have died by then, though administration on her estate was not granted until 13 Sept. 1734, to Hezekiah Sumner."
