Raymond C Swisher, Whiting, Ia, will officiate. Born near Fremont, July 19, 1857, Mrs. Klotz was a daughter of Mr. and Mr s. David Vandersall. Her marriage to Mr. Klotz took place in this CO Ju ne 17, 1875. He died several years ago. A daughter, Mrs. C.B Inman; two gr andchildren, Lois I Shaw and Justin E Inman and one great grandchild, Jo hn Martin Inman, survive. Mrs. Klotz belonged to the United Brethren churc h. Resided In This Com munity Many Years Risingsun folks were saddened Friday to learn of the death of Mrs. Samant ha Isabel Klotz, 80, at her home in West Millgrove, death following an ill ness of nearly a year; however, Mrs. Klotz's health has been failing for s everal years. Mrs. Klotz was the daughter of David and Edith (Solomon) Vandersall. She w as born near Fremont, July 19, 1857, making her age 80 years and 25 days. Samantha Vandersall was united in marriage with Adam Klotz in Sandus ky CO July 17, 1875. The husband preceded her in death several years ag o. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. C.B Inman, two grandchildren, Lois J Sh aw and Justine E Inman, and one great-grandchild, John Martin Inman, ma ny nieces and nephews. Mr. and Mrs. Klotz spent the greater part of their married life in this co mmunity where they were among the highly respected pioneer farmers. Mrs. Klotz was a member of the Risingsun United Brethren church and was re gular in attendance so long as her health permitted. Funeral services we re held at the Congregational church, West Millgrove, with Rev. Raymond Sw isher, her former pastor, in charge. The body was prepared for burial at t he Harold Funeral Home in Fostoria.
