A List of negroes and mulattoes emancipated by the Will of John Randolph of Roanoke, Virginia recorded in the General Courts of Virginia, registered in the Clerk’s office of the County Court of Charlotte County, Virginia, on the 29th & 30th days of April 1846 and the first day of May 1846 and approved by the said Court the 4th day of May 1846.
