    Sada Ardith Myrick, 92, died Friday, December 22, 2000 at the Shelby Pines Rehabilitation and Health Center in Memphis, Tenn.

    Born September 6, 1908 in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late James Oscar Jarboe and Clairice Jane Sweat Jarboe.

    She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Jane Frakes McCain; one grandchild, Deanna Lynn Ketchum; four brothers; and two sisters.

    She attended school at Chute 16 in rural Pemiscot County.

    She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Grant Frakes.

    She was united in marriage to Eugene Steele "Dink" Myrick, who preceded her in death on December 6, 1983.

    She was a member of the Women's Club and the First Presbyterian Church where she was involved in her church circle and the annual "Flea Market."

    Mrs. Myrick leaves one daughter, Norma F. Ketchum and her husband Dwight, of Memphis; and Three grandsons: Donald Ketchum, Brian Ketchum, and Jerry Taylor Jr.; Two sisters: Marie Chappell of Caruthersville and Aubrey Mae Medlin of Tunica, Miss.

    Funeral services for Mrs. Myrick were held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 26, 2000 at the First Presbyterian Church in Caruthersville with Rev. Dr. Paul Currie and Rev. George Spransy officiating.

    Burial was at the Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville with H.S. Smith Funeral Home of Caruthersville in charge.

    Pallbearers were Anthony Hartsfield, Ray Strawn, Donald Ketchum and Brian Ketchum.
