Born in Pittsburgh to Charles Smith from Pittsburgh and Naomi Loughner of Greensburg.
She was the wife of Leroy Pennington and lived at #4925 Friendship Avenue in Ward 8.
She died of pulmonary tuberculosis at Pittsburgh’s TB Hospital.
Buried on December 23, 1937 from the Grime & Blair Funeral Home.
