Ruth Leete, bapt. 8 May 1579; m. at Gislingham, Suff. 13 June 1615, Timothy Dalton. What apparently was ther last ch. was buried 28 Aug. 1624-5 when shw would have been 45 or 46. She d 12 May 1666 "aged 88", which would have her b. 1577-8. Her husband who was a minister was suspended by the Bishop in April 1636. Her 1st cousin m a son of John Rogers the Martyr. On 22 March 1663/4 Ruth made legacies to various heirs of her sister Phebe Parkhurst, also to Abigail Ambrose, dau. of the wife (Susanna) of John Severance, Walter Roper, (H)anna(h) Willix, formerly servant of Rev. Timothy Dalton, & Mary, wife of William Fifield (prob. the one m at Hampton, N.H.).

Ruth Leete, who was baptized in Little Eversden, Cambridgeshire, 8 May 1579 and died in Hampton 12 May 1666, aged "about 83 years," daughter of Mr. Robert and Alice (Grundy) Leete of Great Eversden.
