Ruth H. Cochran

Ruth H. Cochran, 85, formerly of Summit Street, Fostoria, died at 10:43 p. m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Fostori a, where she resided.

She was born Sept. 30, 1919, in Fostoria OH, to Richard and Bessie (Hol lenbaugh) Kesler. Her husband, Earl Cochran, whom she married Nov. 25, 197 2, in Fostoria, died June 2, 2004. Surviving are a son, Richard (Theresa) Robinson of Rocky Mount, N.C.; thr ee stepsons, Warren (Betty) and Roger (Cindy) Cochran, both of Fostoria, a nd Duane (Sue) Cochran of Risingsun; two brothers, Jim and Dale Kesler, bo th of Republic, 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.

Her parents, husband and sister, Mary Jane Karrick, preceded her in death.

Mrs. Cochran, a homemaker, also worked as a cashier at JC Penney's in Fost oria. A 1937 graduate of Fostoria High School, she was a member of High St reet United Methodist Church, Fostoria.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, at the Harrold-Floria na Funeral Home in Fostoria, with the Rev. Jeffrey L. Waite and the Rev. P at Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.

Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, and one hour prior to the serv ices Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
