    Ruth A. Myers, formerly of Littlestown, departed this life September 9 in Hanover.

    She was the daughter of the late Harry D. and Florence (Krumrine) Harner.

    Mrs. Myers was the head cook at Littlestown High School cafeteria for many years and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Littlestown.

    She was the wife of Preston L. Myers, who departed this life in 1987, and surviving are two daughters, Ruby A. Lemmon and Patricia K. Gladhill, both of Littlestown; one stepdaughter, Lorraine M. Hall of Hanover; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; eight step great-grandchildren; and six step great-great-grandchildren.
