Obituary, "Times Democrat", Davenport, Iowa, Monday, May 31, 1971 (May 1971 roll) Mrs. Ruth B. Low 

  Mrs. Ruth B. Low, 61, of 3310 Forest Road, Davenport, died Saturday at St. Luke's Hospital.
  Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Hill & Fredericks Chapel, Bettendorf.  Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
  Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
  Ruth B. Bacon was born in Chicago.  She married Dean R. Low in 1930 in Chicago.  
  Mrs. Low is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Judy) Maymer, Jacksonville, Ill.; a son, Dean R., Jr., Plainfield, Ill.; two grandchildren, and a brother, Charles, Chicago.
