On this 4th day of August 1936, this cause coming on to be heard, the plaintiff appeared in person and by attorney, and the defendant, although having duly waived service of citation as required by law...It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between said plaintiff and defendant be and the same are hereby annulled and dissolved, and that the said plaintiff be and she is hereby divorced from the said defendant. It is further ordered by the Court that the care and custody prayed for in plaintiff's petition, to-wit: R. M. Hogue Jr., a boy, 14 years old; J. W. Hogue, a boy, 12 years old; Frank Hogue, a boy 10 years old; Bobbie Hogue, a boy, 8 years old; Mary Pearl Hogue, a girl 5 years old; and Kenneth Hogue, a boy 2 years old, be and the same are hereby awarded to Bertha Hogue. It is further ordered that Roy Hogue pay to the clerk of the Court the sum of $10.00 per month beginning Sept. 1st, 1936, and on or before the second day of each month thereafter for the support of said minor children until all reach the age of 16 years or the further order of this court.
