“Roy V. Albea, Sr., age 79, of Decatur, Ga., died Tuesday evening, September 13, 2005, surrounded by his loving family. The funeral will be Friday, September 16, 2005, at 1PM in the Bill Head Funeral Home, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel, with Pastor Sandy Adams officiating. Interment Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, Ga. A native of Greenwood, SC, Roy was a retired Overnite truck driver with 42 years of servcie and a member of Calvary Chapel, Lilburn, Ga. Survived by his wife, Betty H. Albea, Decatur, Ga.; Sons, Roy Vernon Albea, Jr., Savannah, Ga., Charles Lee Albea, Lloyd Milton Albea and Larry Dean Albea, all of Decatur, Ga.; Daughters, June Elizabeth Albea Shearer, Decatur, Ga and Ruby Louise Albea Craft, Lawrenceville, Ga.; Sisters, Tootsie Clarey, Greenville, SC, Marie Wingard, Decatur, Ga. and Pansey Chandler, Greenville, SC; Seven Grandchildren and one Great Granddaughter and one Great Grandson.
