Buffalo Bulletin 4 Feb. 1971 said that Ross P. (Dick) Campbell, 81 yr. old former Buffalo resident died Jan. 28 at Concrete, WA and received military gravesite rites by Powder River Post No.13 American Legion at Willow Grove Cemetery. He was Commandant of the WY Soldiers and Sailors Home from 1934 -1938. A veteran of WWI. survived by his widow, Virginia of Concrete, WA; a son, Richard of Sand Point, ID; a brother, Glen of Oswego, KS; a sister , Syble Turner of Tacoma, WA; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
