According to family members, she didn't speak to my grandmother, Elisabeth Bartolf Wagner. Elisabeth was her sister-in-law. According to my Aunt Katherine, Rosina was a difficult person to get along with.

Married on the same day as her brother Michael.

  4.   My place references are based on what the village was known as: Until the Trianon Treaty following WWI, the village was in Hungary was known as Szemlak in the County of Arad in Hungary; after the Trianon Treaty, the village was in Romania and was known as (and still known as) Semlac, in the county of Arad, in Romania. So, I have removed the edits just made. It is strange, I know, to see a person born, living and dying in the same exact place but, through a treaty, the village not only has different spellings but is also in two countries.
