She had been a patient for several days for X-rays and to be fitted with a walking cast. Previously she had been in the hospital two weeks following a compound leg fracture Pulaski Democrat, 19 Apr 1956: RICARD-- Mrs. Osman Roser has entered Oswego hospital for observation and treatment to her leg she broke the 31st of December and since has carried a cast to above the knee. Roser, 69, of 1421 County Route 30, died Monday at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown. A native of Redwood, Mrs. Roser lived in Ricard for 49 years. She and her husband, Osman, retired in 1972 as the owners and operators of a dairy farm. Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Juley Weisenburger and Linda Roser, both of Altmar; two sons, Larry and David, both of Altmar: four sisters: Grace Jacques of Altmar, Mayford Davis of Long View, Texas. Pat Tibbies of Redwood and Diana Davis of Henderson, Texas; six brothers, Harry Countryman of Wolcott, Leonard Countryman of Redwood, Francis Countryman of Long View, Texas, William Countryman of Tylerville. Lyle Countryman of LaFargeville and Robert Countryman of Newark; a halfbrother, Clifford of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be...
