OBITUARY: 1938Rosa A. Workman daughter of John and Charlotte Fisher was born near Wapokneta Ohio Oct. 29, 1880. At the age of 7 years she moved with her parents to Melrose Ohio and has spent the reminder of her life there, and departed this life at the Van Wert county hospital after an illmess of three months at the age of 57 years 3 months 12 days. She was united in marriage to Orrin G. Workman on September 6, 1902. To this union was born 14 children, 7 boys and 7 girs, her husband two children, Marie and Earsel preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn, 12 children Leon, Eunice, Donelda, Ondelea and Raymond at home. Mrs Matthew Fagan, Findlay, Arthur of Van Wert, Bernard of Paulding, Mrs Theodore Varner of Melrose, Harold of Melrose, Lionel of Haviland Ohio and Mrs Wm. Ross of Haviland. 17 grandchildren, two sisters Mrs Francis Miller and Mrs Chas Gillette both of Melrose Ohio. One brother-in-law Roy Workmand of Ft. Wayne In. and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was a kind and loving mother and was loved by all who knew her and will be saly missed in the home.
