He was the son of the late George MD and JospehineStottlemyer Arnsparger. He is the last survivor of his immediate family.He is a retired Western Railway conductor with 45 years of service. Hewas a member of the Sabillasville United Brethern Church, the LoyalOrder of the Moose of Hagerstown and the Halfway Volunteer Fire Company.He is survived by a son, Oscar D., of Halfway; daughters: Mrs. EffieHarsh, Williamsport; Mrs. Lillian Kauffman, Hagerstown; and Mrs.Lorraine Blickenstaff, Halfway. Seven grandchildren and nine-greatgrandchildren also survive.
The family will receive friends at the Leaf Funeral home, Halfway,Friday at 7pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30pm From thefuneral home. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Hagerstown."
