Former Syracuse resident Robert Gordon Way, 53, of Mission Viejo, CA,died Jan. 18 at the University of CA, San Diego Medical Center aftersuffering a massive heart attack and undergoing coronary bypasssurgery.
He graduated from Fabius High School and Syracuse University. Mr. Wayserved as a medical technician in the Army. He worked a UniversityHosiptal in medical technology and tought briefly in Syracuse Schools.He also worked for Longley-Jones and Gallinger real estate Co. Whenhe died, Mr. Way was vice president and general maanager for pacificCoast Office Products in Santa Ana, CA. He was a former member ofFirst Presbyterian Church of Syracuse and the Grater Syracuse Board ofRealtors.
