Item I give to my loving Son JOSEPH SUDDUTH one shilling Sterling money out of my personal Estate to be paid him by my Executors here-after mentioned & no more out of said Estate watsoever. Item I give to my loving Son ROBERT SUDDARTH one shilling Sterling money out of My said Estate to be paid him by my Executor hereafter mentioned, and no more out of my said Estate whatever. Item I give to my loving Son BEN: SUDDARTH one shilling sterling money out of my said Estate to be paid him by my Executor hereafter mentioned, and no more whatever. Item I give to my loving Daughter SARAH ROSE, one shilling Sterling money .. no more whatever .. Item I give unto my loving Daughter HANNAH HALL one shilling Sterling money out of my said Estate .. and no more whatever. And lastly I do give all my real and personal Estate whatever to my loving son MOSES SUDDARTH and his heirs ., after the said Legacies above mentioned are paid by him out of my said Estate .. and also do appoint him, and him only, to be my whole & sole Executor of this my last will and Testament. And further, my will is, that my son Moses Suddarth do not bring my Estate to an Appraisement, but possess the same in Specie as it shall descend to him .. 29th May 1762. Presence of Alexr.
