In the name of God, Amen.

   I Robert Stoker of Carroll County, Tennessee.  Being weak in body but of sound disposing mind and memory, do make and ordain this as my last will and testament, revoking all others.
   1st--I will and bequeath to my son Rovert the tract of land on which I now live on containing one hundred acres, which he is to have at my death, and my wife Polly Stoker the used of the land and all the household and kitchen furnityure during her natural life-and the use of the dwelling houses.
   It is my will that 140 acre tract of land clled the Binnett place be sold ________ on my death, and the money to be equally divided  between my twelve children, ________, Sally Myers, Betsy Myers, William Stoker, Patsy Bleodge, Peggy Jarrett, Lucy Edwards, Polly Rogers, Nancy Auvenshine, Adelpha Eytle, Susanna Phillips, Gatsy Auvinshine, and Nudy Allen Edwards.
  I have one note on William Stoker of one hundred dollars, no interest to be charged, noe note on Moses Auvenshine without interest amount not remembered.  These notes when collected the money to be equally divided between my twelve children.  Two notes on Polly Rogers say about thirty dollars without interest, and a note on Drewry Edwards without interest.  These are to be equally divided between my twelve children before mentioned.
  Lastly I constitute and appoint my sons Robert Stoker and William Stoker executors of theis my las will and testament.
  In _______ whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 31st day of January 1861.

October Term 1869. Carroll County Court The last will and testament of Robert Stoker deceased was produced in open court and proved by the oath of J. P. French one of the subscribing witnesses and the hand writing of John Travis the other subscribing witness was proven by the oath E. W.
