    Services for Robert D. Picknell, 49, of Jewell and formerly of Waterloo, will be 3 p.m. Friday at Garden View Chapel, 3655 Logan Ave. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mr. Picknell died Tuesday (Oct. 27) at Covenant Medical Center at Kimball Avenue of a heart attack. He was born Sept. 14, 1938, in Barron, Wis., son of Walter and Dorothy Hubbard Picknell. Survivors include his mother of Waterloo; two brothers, LeRoy of Dunkerton and Gary of Bismark, N.D.; and three sisters, Lois Kittleson of Almena, Wis., Marilyn Lines of Clayton, Wis., and Barbara Crimson of Waterloo. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Harry. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to services Friday at the funeral chapel.
