In 1769 before leaving Brunswick County, VA for Chatham County, NC, Elizabeth and her husband Robert Moseley witnessed the will of Richard Burnett. Then Richard's son Daniel Burnett turns up in Chatham County, NC in 1777. Richard Burnett was born in England and immigrated before 1740 has his daughter born in colonies.

There is evidence that the Robert Moseley b. 1730 [1734] who married Elizabeth Dennis and lived in NC formerly lived on Pea Hill Creek, Brunswick County, VA for about 10 years. Some part of the evidence is in Brunswick County, VA Deed Book 6, p. 12 and 655, 56 and 57.

Robert on rattlesnake was in between George d. 1758 land east on Fountain Creek and the Moseleys living to the West on Lizard and Pee Hill Creeks. Robert had previously been involved in buying Peehill Creek land from Benjamin.
