Obit Robert Frank Lippacher, 74, St. Augustine,Florida died Aug. 30, 2000, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Utica, N.Y., to Frank and Jean Lippacher, and he was predeceased by his wife, Lila Lippacher. She died in 1986. He was retired from General Electric, and he was a veteran of World War II, serving on the U.S. Submarine the USS Archer-Fish SS-311 in the Pacific Theater. He was a life member of the US Sub Vets and a life member of VFW Post 982. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Augustine Shores United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Matthew Swartsel officiating. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a contribution, in his memory, to the St. Augustine Shores United Methodist Church, 724 Shores Blvd., St. Augustine, 32086. Survivors include his wife of nine years, Lynda R. Lippacher; daughters, Alice A. Allen, Custer, S.D., Susan M. Noga, Remsen, N.Y.; one son, Michael R. Lippacher, Barneveld, N.Y.; and one stepdaughter, Lynne Moffitt, St. Augustine.
