Peacefully, at Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary (Munro) Ling (2004). Loved father of Marilyn (David) Hyde of Tecumseh and David (Wanda) Ling of Guelph. Proud and loving grandpa of Laura (Rob) and Paul. Great grandpa "Bob" of Sean and Brenna. Predeceased by his brother Walter and sister Jean Dawson. Bob will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and friends.
Bob was a devoted employee at Canadian General Electric for over 30 years. Bob also served in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Typhoon Fighter Bomber Wing 143. Many thanks to the staff at LaPointe Fisher Nursing Home for their loving care.
