BUFFALO, Okla. - Robert "Bob"A. Jackson, 91, died June 7, 2010. He was born Dec. 21, 1918, to Andrew P. and Hettie V. Mayfield Jackson.

On Dec. 21, 1943, he married Wilma "Jane" L. Buss. She survives. Other survivors include: a son, Robert L.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Myatt Funeral Home Chapel, Buffalo, Okla. Visitation 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial in GYP Valley Cemetery, southwest of Buffalo, Okla., with military graveside rites by the Buffalo-Laverne American Legion. Memorials to GYP Valley Cemetery Association, in care of the funeral home.

   Robert "Bob" A. Jackson, 91, died Monday, June 7, 2010, at Woodward Regional Hospital, Woodward, Okla.
   He was born Dec. 21, 1918, to Robert L. and Hettie V. Mayfield Jackson at the family farm southwest of Buffalo, Okla. He married 
   Wilma "Jane" L. Buss on Dec. 21, 1943, at Buffalo. She survives.
   He was operator of the Selman and Buffalo elevators and worked for Home Petroleum Gas.
   He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II.
   Survivors include his son, Robert L. Jackson and wife, June, Woodward, Okla.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
   He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Leroy Barrelt and Raymond Jordan; and three sisters, Clara Garrett, Macy 
   Buss and Helen Downey.
   The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Myatt Funeral Home Chapel, Buffalo, Okla., with Dr. Ralph Adcock presiding.  
   Burial will be in the Gyp Valley Cemetery, southwest of Buffalo, with military graveside rites by the Buffalo-Laverne American Legion.
   Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Myatt Funeral Home, Buffalo.
   Memorials are suggested to the Gyp Valley Cemetery Association in care of Myatt Funeral Home, Box 749, Buffalo, OK 73834.
