Robert J. Horn, age 74, of Walbridge, died Friday, November 2, 2001, in h is home. He was born February 6, 1927, in Newark, NJ to Frank E. and Sar ah M. (McClister) Horn and was married April 29, 1950 in Helena OH to Hel en Jean Marie Klotz who preceded him in death. Robert served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked for t he railroad and retired as a mail carrier after 20 years with the U.S. Pos tal Service. He was also a life member of VFW Post #2984. Surviving are his children, Patrick J. Horn of Goleta, CA, Cheryle Lynn Ho rn of Walbridge and Frank E. Horn of JacksonvilleFL; grandchildren, Jessi ca Lyn Kowalski, Shannon Marie Stacey, Christopher Michael Morrin and Ang el Marie Morrin; great-grandson, Tyler Stacey; many nieces, nephews, great -nieces, great-nephews, and many dear friends and comrades. In honor of Robert's wishes, there will be no visitation. Memorial Servic es will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2001 in the VFW Post #2984, 1 02 W. Andres Rd., Northwood OH. Burial will be in Arlington National Ceme tery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Disab led Veterans of OH.
