Robert J. Hopkins
Robert J. Hopkins, 89, of Swann St., Parkersburg died July 1, 2002, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Tetonia, Idaho, a son of the late Ezekiel James and Rhoda Green Homer Hopkins. He owned and operated Sinclair Service Station in St. George, Utah, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Parkersburg.
Surviving is his wife, Betty Lee Barker Hopkins; three sons, five daughters; one sister; and one brother. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Zelma Millett Hopkins.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Parkersburg, Bishop James Robrecht officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements handled by Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
