KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee ANN FRISTOE & ROBERT BAYLIS of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipfull his Maties Justices of the Peace for said County in the full and just sume of One hundred pounds Sterling to the which payment well and truely to be made we bind our selves our heirs firmy by these presents; Sealed with our Seals and Dated the 5th day of Aprill 1721
THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if the above bound ANN FRISTOE, Admra, of all the goods chattles and Creditts of ROBERT FRISTOE, deced, doe make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of the goods chattles & creditts of said deced,, and the same so made doe exhibit into the County Court of Richmond at such time as she shall be thereunto required by said Court and doe well and truly administer according to Law, And further doe make a lust and true Accot. of her actings and doeings therein when thereto required by said Court and deliver and pay unto such persons respectively as said Justices by their order of Judgment shall direct pursuant to the Laws in that case made and provided, And if it shall hereafter appeare that any Last Will and Testament was made by said deced:, and the Ear, or Ears, therein named exhibit the same in sd. Court making request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if said ANN FRISTOE being thereunto required do render and deliver up her Letters of Admon: approabation of such Testament being first had and made in said Court; Then this Obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and venue
