31 Jan 1771 - Robert Doak of the one part and William Doak of the other part, both of Rowan County and Province of North Carolina Witnesseth that the said Robert Doak for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds sterling to him in hand paid hath granted Bargained sold and released unto William Doak all that Tract or Parsel of Land situated Laying and being in the county and Province aforesaid on a Branch of the Great Allamance containing 320 acres Be the same more or Less...
