CALDWELL COUNTY, KY - Robert Lee Curtis, 47 of Kuttawa , formerly of Madisonville , KY died Tuesday, June 1 in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
He was a Guidance Counselor, employed by Pathway for Children. Mr. Curtis was a Past Master of both C.S. Hoffman Lodge # 252 in Nebo and Beulah Lodge # 609 , a member of the Madisonville Rizpah Shrine, the first Grand Chapter President of the Widows Sons of Kentucky Masonic Riders Association and member of both York and Scottish Rites, a Kentucky Colonel and member of area II Dive Team and member of the Patriot Guard Riders and Christian Motorcycle Association, a graduate of 1982 Madisonville North Hopkins High School and a member of the Maroons Football Team Survived by one daughter: Mary Ann Elizabeth Curtis of Evansville, IN and two sons: Robert Curtis II of Nashville, TN, Steven Thomas Curtis of Evansville, IN, father Whitney ( Charlotte ) Curtis III, one sister: Elizabeth Ann Bisceglia of Middlesboro, KY and two brothers: Richard Curtis of Madisonville, KY., Whitney Curtis IV of Madisonville, K Y., Step daughter, Yara Stewart of Evansville, IN; Step Grandchildren, Mackenzie & Carter Stewart of Evansville, IN; grandfather, Rev. Marvin Campbell of Madisonville, KY. 2; step sister, Mary Catherine Curtis of FL.; Susan Penn of Kanton, TN; step brother, Patrick Neal Curtis of FL and a Host of Aunt’s , Uncle’s and Nieces , Nephews. Masonic Rites will be Friday, June 4 at 7:00 P.M. Friends may call Friday from 5-8 P.M. and Saturday from 9 A.M.-11A.M. at Bandy Funeral Home, Nortonville, KY. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Bandy Funeral Home, Nortonville Interment will be Saturday in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Madisonville. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Shriners Hospital for Cripple and Burn Children . Officiating the service will be Pastor Phillip Sullivan. |
