Born July 26, 1922, Robert was the only child of Wm. Roscoe Crumrine and Myrtle Warring-Crumrine.
Robert graduated from Santa Paula High School, then attended Ventura College for a year before enlisting in the Army, where in 1941, he headed off to serve in World War II. He was discharged in 1945 and came home to Santa Paula, Ca.
He married Elaine E. Katsos-Nelson, of Ventura, Ca. on July 13, 1947. They lived in Santa Paula until the passing of his mother Myrtle in 1980, when they moved to their second residence in Redding California.
In the 1950's directory, Robert is listed as an oil worker and in the 1970's directory he is listed as a driver for the Max Rudolf Company, which was later renamed, Petroleum Construction Incorporated.
Elaine was a longtime "hairdresser "and in the 1973 directory is listed as operator of the business Eulala's Beauty Salon in Santa Paula.
Robert died just two years after moving to Shasta County. He was brought back to Santa Paula and laid to rest next to his mother, Myrtle Warring-Crumrine.
Robert and Elaine Crumrine did not have any children together.

Final resting spot of Robert's wife Elaine has not been found. She may have been cremated.
